These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of digital products from VogPubli, a service operated by VOG ECOM LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with registered address at 279 Victory Hl, Coatesville, IN 46121, United States ("we", "us", "VogPubli"). By placing an order on vogpubli.com you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, do not place an order.

2. Products

VogPubli sells digital creative assets — including but not limited to ad hook scripts, vertical video templates, static ad templates and creative asset libraries — delivered electronically via download link.

The current catalog and prices are listed below. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required by law.

3. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order through our checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email containing your download link(s). We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case the full amount will be refunded.

4. Payment & billing descriptor

Payment is processed at the time you place your order. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your charge will appear on your bank or card statement as VOGPUBLI. If you do not recognize a charge with this descriptor, please contact us at support@vogpubli.com before disputing the charge with your bank so that we can resolve it directly.

5. Delivery

Because our products are digital, delivery is electronic and immediate. After payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your download link(s) at the email address you provided at checkout. Most downloads are available within a few minutes of payment; in rare cases this may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your download link within 24 hours, please email support@vogpubli.com.

Delivery of digital products is free of charge in all jurisdictions.

6. License of use

When you purchase a VogPubli product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide commercial license to use the digital assets within your own paid advertising campaigns and within campaigns you manage on behalf of client accounts (including agency work).

You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the raw asset files with any third party in their original or substantially original form; (b) include the assets in a competing template library, asset store or marketplace; (c) claim authorship of the assets.

You retain ownership of any advertising campaign, creative concept or derivative work you build on top of the assets.

7. Refunds & returns

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the download link has been delivered. By accepting these Terms at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal where such a right would otherwise apply.

If you have not yet downloaded the files and contact us within 24 hours of purchase requesting a refund due to a duplicate order, accidental purchase, or technical inability to access the files, we will review your request in good faith and may issue a refund at our discretion. Contact support@vogpubli.com with your order number.

8. Lifetime updates

Where a product is described as including "lifetime updates" or "monthly drops", we will continue to make new assets available to you at no additional cost for as long as we operate the VogPubli service. We do not guarantee any specific update cadence or volume.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

The products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the assets will achieve any specific advertising result, conversion rate, return on ad spend, or business outcome for you. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including your offer, your targeting, the platforms you use, and the markets you operate in.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any product purchased from VogPubli is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time you placed the order, which we will keep on file. The current version is always available at vogpubli.com/terms-of-sale.
