Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund Policy is provided as a standalone summary of the terms governing refunds and returns for digital products purchased from VogPubli, operated by VOG ECOM LLC. The full legal terms are set out in our Terms of Sale and prevail in case of inconsistency with this summary.
1. Nature of our products
VogPubli sells digital products delivered electronically (downloadable creative asset packs, including ad hook scripts, vertical video templates, static ad templates and asset libraries). Delivery is immediate upon successful payment.
2. General rule — all sales are final
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the download link has been delivered. By accepting our Terms of Sale at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal where such a right would otherwise apply under consumer law.
3. Exceptional refund cases
We will, however, review refund requests in good faith and may issue a refund at our discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate order: you accidentally placed the same order twice within 24 hours.
- Accidental purchase: you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and confirm that you have not downloaded the files.
- Technical inability to access the files: the download link does not work and we are unable to provide a working alternative within a reasonable timeframe.
- Material misdescription: the product you received is materially different from the description on the product page.
4. How to request a refund
Send an email to support@vogpubli.com with:
- Your order number (format: VP-XXXXXX).
- The email address used at checkout.
- A description of the issue.
We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge on your statement from VOGPUBLI, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. The vast majority of unrecognized charges are resolved within one business day when we are contacted directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays the resolution and may result in additional fees we are required to pass on.
